We are looking for a
Working Student (f/m/d) – Documentation Translation Specialist
to support our SAP S4HANA project team in the US. This role is primarily remote, with occasional planned in person working sessions in Melle (maximum once every two weeks).
- Work with OCM Lead and SMEs to document key tasks and processes using the appropriate templates in the identified language
- Create training material as needed, such as power point presentations, training guides, and exercise data sheets
- Convert existing materials from English to German, this includes step by step instructions and screen shots
- Route documentation for review and approval
- Finalize documentation and publish it to the appropriate SharePoint pages Keep the work instruction catalogue up to date
- Keep documentation folders organized
- Ability to write clear, easy to follow instructions
- Strong grammar, punctuation and formatting skills
- Basic SharePoint editing skills
- Self-starter, ability to create and manage your own schedule, while meeting key deadlines
- Fluent in both the English and German languages
- Interest in learning SAP system and processes
