ERP In-house Consultant (f/m/x) SAP S/4HANA OTC (SD) and CS, GTS
Support of the current SAP S/4HANA system as an in-house SAP Business partner consultant in the SCM – OTC area (Module SD) and adjacent areas GTS and CS for Sysmex EMEA Headquarter and all affiliates in Sysmex EMEA.
This contains:

Be an Expert: Extensive theoretical and practical knowledge of the application itself

Comprehensive Support: Provide in-depth support for SAP S/4HANA systems

Expert Problem Solving: Deliver 2nd and 3rd level support, focusing on error analysis and resolution

Change Management: Carrying out change analyses, system adaptations, testing and coordination for necessary changes while ensuring thorough documentation. Know and consider our specific validation (CSV) obligations

Collaborative Approach: Work closely with the global team, key users and business specialist departments, with the Functional Teams and Development & Basis team as well as 3rd parties (external consultants etc.), maintaining a strong understanding of business requirements across different countries

ERP Coordination: Focus on harmonizing ERP requirements, consider the global context of having regional individual SAP system under one common governance

ERP Project Participation: Contribute to and lead ERP projects

System Provider: Provision and guarantee of smooth system operation

Living Innovations: Constantly improve your S/4HANA knowledge. Enhance skills beyond own core functional focus and work on other tasks for the benefit of the team

Several years of practical experience with SAP SD; MM knowledge is a plus

Hands-on experience with SAP S/4HANA and SAP Fiori

Basic knowledge of SAP GTS and S/4HANA-GTS integration

Strong skills in technical analysis (ABAP, user exits, debugging)
- ERP project experience, including rollouts and interface implementations, with leadership willingness

Solution-oriented mindset and team player with excellent collaboration skills

Familiarity with SAP Solution Manager (ChaRM, Test Suite) and CSV compliance
