Senior CRM MS Dynamics Developer (f/m/x)


  • Design, develop, and maintain Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM solutions across multiple modules (Sales, Service, Field Service, Customer Insights, etc.)
  • Build and integrate AI-powered features using Microsoft Copilot Studio and Dynamics 365 Copilots
  • Enhance CRM with Azure Cognitive Services (e.g. speech recognition, language understanding, voice-enabled bots)
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business needs into scalable technical solutions
  • Lead CRM architecture, ensure code quality, and mentor teammates on best practices
  • Stay ahead of Microsoft's roadmap, drive innovation, and resolve technical challenges proactively


  • 5+ years of hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM (including Sales, Customer Service, Field Service, Customer Insights, etc.)

  • Strong expertise in C#, .NET, JavaScript/TypeScript, Power Platform CLI, Dataverse, and CI/CD with Azure DevOps
  • Proven track record of building AI-powered tools with Microsoft Copilot Studio, Azure Cognitive Services (Speech-to-Text, Language Understanding), or similar tech

  • Excellent collaboration skills and business acumen—you're confident engaging with both stakeholders and fellow developers
  • Fluent in English; German is a plus but not required
