We are currently hiring for an exciting opportunity as a Working Student (m/f/d) - Software Engineer to join our Bioelectromagnetics R&D team in Darmstadt.
As BioEM team we develop anatomical human body models, streamline BioEM related simulation workflows from modelling to post-processing, develop human exposure assessment procedures and ensure our compliance to according regulations.
- You will test BioEM simulation workflows, e. g. for magnet resonance imaging (MRI)
- You will implement and test VBA macros for post-processing of electromagnetic fields
- You will develop Python scripts for automatic processing of 3D geometric human models
- You will create test scripts for human models and our CST Studio Suite
- You will code VBA macros for CAD import of human models into CST Studio Suite
- You are currently studying electrical engineering, physics or similar with a special interest in electromagnetic fields
- You have basic knowledge and demonstrated practice in software programming
- You know VBA and Python or are willing to learn them
- You work independent and careful, love challenges and are a team player
- You are fluent in English and have analytical thinking skills
