  • You'll assist the SIMULIA Motion R&D team with delivering world-class Motion applications on the 3DEXPERIENCE platform, creating emotions and value for end-users
  • You'll collaborate with other developers, UX designers, and QA locally in Gilching as well as worldwide across the company
  • You'll participate in the definition, implementation, testing, and maintenance of new features in C++
  • You'll ensure that code quality complies with Dassault Systèmes standards
  • You'll implement user interfaces and connect with underlying data models and solvers
  • You'll create and update automated tests, analyze performance, and optimize when necessary
  • You'll experience the daily work of a software engineer within a first-class R&D environment

  • You're currently enrolled in Computer Science or a related field
  • You have hands-on experience with modern C++ standards (ideally C++14 and above) and a solid understanding of modern programming practices
  • You understand software design patterns and are familiar with industry-standard development tools
  • You're comfortable working with both Windows and Linux operating systems
  • You have very good English language skills
  • You possess high oral & written communication skills
  • You're a motivated self-starter with the ability to take responsibility

Additional experience that's advantageous:

  • Experience in mechanical engineering
  • Familiarity with software development lifecycle, including best practices for planning, implementation, and maintenance
