In this role you will analyze safety incidents and safety observations, using these insights to drive structured prevention and continuous safety improvements. You'll design and deliver engaging training programs for our international Technical Service Teams, that energize and build a strong safety culture. You'll be responsible for driving our key HSE KPIs, such as the TRI rate and the number of safety observations per FTE and serve as a vital link in our international service network, communicating HSE matters clearly and effectively. Working closely with the central team, you'll ensure all legal and internal safety documentation is accurate and up to date. Representing your department in internal and external safety meetings and contributing actively as part of the Elopak Global Safety Team rounds off this independent and multi-facetted role.


  • Technical background in mechanical or electric Engineering with additional HSE training or experience as a Safety Officer/Engineer
  • Working experience in mechanical engineering, filling machines, with machines processing food and beverages or the packaging, paper or board industry is advantageous
  • High willingness to travel (~ 50%), mostly in central Europe
  • Excellent verbal and written English skills, additional language skills are a plus
  • Driver's License (EU)
