Job Description
Nesperta – an international leader in the cosmetics industry – is looking for a dynamic, independent, and results-oriented individual to take on the role of developing business and managing key accounts in the DACH region.
- Develop and implement a commercial strategy for the DACH region.
- Strengthen relationships with existing clients (e.g. Rossmann, BIPA, Douglas, Flaconi).
- Take full responsibility for sales, margins, and profitability in the region.
- Analyze and optimize key business success factors.
- Collaborate closely with the marketing team to create and execute marketing strategies and develop new products tailored to the DACH market.
- Coordinate promotional activities, digital marketing, and PR in cooperation with the Brand Management team.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in managing key accounts (preferably in FMCG/beauty/retail).
- In-depth knowledge of the DACH market and experience working with major retailers (e.g. Rossmann, DM, Müller, etc.).
- Excellent negotiation, analytical, and strategic thinking skills.
- Experience in marketing initiatives and product development.
- Fluency in German and English.
- Willingness to travel for business and visit the head office (Poznań – 2 days every 2 weeks).
Key Account Manager - DACH Region
Location: Remote / Home Office
Location: Berlin, Hamburg, Munich, Frankfurt or fully remote (with occasional travel to Poland)
Contract type: Employment contract or B2B, full time
Salary: €100,000 gross per year
