To support our dedicated Compliance team, we are currently looking for a Senior Associate Compliance (m/f/d) to join our Luxembourg office on a fixed-term contract as soon as possible.

  • Perform day-to-day tasks to ensure the timely, accurate, and consistent execution of the AIFM's and AIFs' compliance obligations
  • Plan and execute the ongoing compliance monitoring program
  • Support the identification of vulnerabilities and risks, and contribute to the development of appropriate mitigation measures
  • Collaborate with process stakeholders to standardize and improve compliance-related workflows
  • Prepare regular reports and updates for the Management and Supervisory Board of the AIFM, as well as for the Boards of Directors of the administered funds
  • Assist in drafting periodic compliance reports and notifications for regulatory authorities and internal/external auditors
  • Ensure that policies and procedures are implemented effectively and kept up to date in line with regulatory and internal requirements
  • Support the Management Board Member responsible for Compliance in assessing and implementing new local laws and regulations, including the identification and evaluation of compliance risks related to the AIFM's products and operations
  • Act as a point of contact for compliance-related queries and provide guidance to staff on compliance matters

  • Ideally, a degree in economics or law, or relevant professional experience
  • 2–3 years of professional experience in an audit firm, a compliance team, or at a Management Company or AIFM in the compliance field; ideally with experience in AML/CFT
  • Good knowledge of Luxembourg AIFM regulations and supervisory requirements
  • You have strong analytical and organizational skills and communicate in a friendly yet assertive manner
  • Proficiency in German and a good command of English
