- Develop and ensure compliance with group-wide definitions, rules, and quality standards for data objects in collaboration with the Data Governance Office
- Coordinate with data owners to define extraction and mapping rules, monitor migration activities, and validate processes
- Create specifications for data generation, provision, consistency, and quality
- Take responsibility for data processes, develop domain-specific data standards, and support data owners with training on data compliance
- Monitor and ensure data quality, identify and resolve quality issues, and analyze and report KPIs for continuous improvement
- Maintain the global data catalogue and metadata repositories, build communication channels, and participate in corporate initiatives
- Education: Successfully completed studies in Business Administration, Data Management or a related field
- Experience: You have already gained profound experience in data management or associated roles and demonstrate experience in leading cross-functional teams
- Tools: You have proficiency with data management tools, and knowledge of SAP S/4HANA and Salesforce is an advantage
- Language: Thanks to your business-fluent English skills and your open and trustworthy personality, you communicate confidently at all levels
