Do you want to lead high-impact strategy projects across ZEISS? The strategic projects team, part of the Strategic Corporate Development department (CCD), advises top management on questions such as: Which new markets should ZEISS tap into? How do we best organise operating models? What are the strategic considerations behind our new acquisitions?
Your role
-
Take charge of projects and act as a challenging partner in problem-solving.

Identify and understand the key drivers of business challenges.

Develop clear project approaches and define the scope of tasks.

Coordinate and lead project teams, consisting of cross-functional members and external consultants.

Communicate effectively with stakeholders at all hierarchy levels, including the Executive Board, and present your recommendations.

Conduct necessary analyses and derive data-driven recommendations.
Your profile
-
A degree with excellent grades in natural sciences, engineering or business administration or a combination
-
At least 4 years at one of the leading management consultancies, corporate strategy or other fast-paced strategy roles leading project teams

Strong problem solving skills, results-orientation, project management, and communication skills

Outstanding analytical competence, strategic and outside-the-box thinking

Enjoy working in an agile way in networked, diverse, and interdisciplinary teams and passion for innovation and enthusiasm for new technologies

Fluent English skills, German is a plus
