The Corporate IT (CIT) of Carl Zeiss AG is responsible for the IT across all strategic business units (SBU) of ZEISS. The diversity of the ZEISS portfolio at over 50 global locations presents an exciting complexity. We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Head of Digital Workplace Engineering (f/m/x) to lead our team in the realm of End User Computing (EUC) technologies. This role requires a blend of strong leadership skills, technical expertise, and a commitment to fostering a productive and collaborative team environment.

Your Profile

Proven experience in building and developing teams of technical professionals

Experience in operational technology harmonization. Strong technical understanding of workplace technologies such as Citrix, Intune, SCCM, Windows, and others

A mindset focused on enhancing end-user experience

Ability to lead, develop, and inspire team members

Knowledge of current technological trends to inform strategic planning

Deep understanding of large-scale corporate operations
