For our first production site in Europe, Obernburg am Main, we are looking for you as
Office Administrator (m/f/d) Part Time
This position requires the ability to keep confidentiality, capability to organize archives of files, professional appearance, and a helpful attitude; the candidate must be able to work with a wide variety of contacts as suppliers, customers and public organizations. Advanced office equipment skills, such as e-mails, PC, and spreadsheet software, are needed. The office coordinator reports to the Plant Manager.
- 1-2 years of experience as office coordinator
- Excellent spoken and written English and German language is a must
- Knowledge and use of MS Office Suite and other business intelligent software applications
- Knowledge of administrative procedures and systems such as word processing, managing files and records, and other office procedures and terminology

- Ability to communicate in English and German across all levels of the employee-base is essential
