Our aim as Mercedes-Benz is to create a sales ecosystem for all Mercedes-Benz customers in order to boost car sales with personalized offers. To be successful in the future, we need to leverage the power of our data.
The Data-Driven Sales Team at Mercedes-Benz Mobility AG in Stuttgart was founded in 2022. Being part of the Sales & Marketing area, we are pioneers in the development and implementation of large-scale data-driven solutions that have a measurable impact on car sales globally. Your responsibility will be:
- You will assist in collecting, processing, and analyzing sales data to identify trends and insights
- You will collaborate with sales and marketing teams to optimize data usage and improve decision-making processes
- You will participate in creating and maintaining dashboards and reports to track key performance indicators
- You will perform ad-hoc data analysis, business tasks to support various use cases and business initiatives
- Moreover, you will present findings and recommendations to product owners and stakeholders
As a working student, you will be an integral part of the Data Driven Sales team, contributing up to 20 hours per week.
Working students can start working from July 2025.
What you bring in:
- Studies in the field of business administration, economics, computer science, business informatics, or a related field
- Well-developed communication and teamwork skills
- Personal initiative, strategic and analytical thinking and a “get things done” mindset
- Passionate about innovative digital products
- Experience with data analysis tools such as Excel, SQL, Python, or R, and data visualization tools like Power BI or Tableau is a plus
- Effective proficiency in English
