- Maintaining and purchasing of IT equipment
- Maintaining and repair management of mobile devices
- Installation, maintaining and troubleshooting of client hardware devices
- Creation and maintenance of documentation
- User management in Active Directory, M365
- User support for the local plant
- Remote support within the WEPA Group
- Assistance of other IT teams in project work
- Occasional business-related travel
- Qualification: Completed vocational training as an IT clerk (m/f/d), IT specialist (m/f/d) or comparable.
- Experience and Know-how:
- At least 2 years of professional experience in a comparable position
- Experience in the following systems:
- Office Applications
- PC Systems
- Server Operating Systems
- Citrix
- ADS
- Client Server Technology
- ITSM Systems
- Archive Systems
- Languages: Good knowledge of spoken and written German and English.
- Personality: Ability to work in a team, strong communication skills, problem-solving and analytical skills, flexibility and motivation.
