Head of Global Brand and Product Management (m/f/x)
for our global headquarters in Nuremberg.
As Head of Global Brand and Product Management (m/f/x), your task is to lead and decisively develop the global brand strategy and product management within the STAEDTLER brand portfolio. You will be responsible for designing and implementing an innovative and consumer-centred brand and product strategy that will sustainably expand the company's growth and competitiveness. By working closely with cross-functional teams and utilising market and consumer insights, you will develop a strong product portfolio that meets the needs and expectations of our consumers worldwide. Your leadership and vision will inspire the team to continuously deliver excellent results to grow the penetration of the STAEDTLER brand portfolio.

Your Tasks:
- Strategy development: Design and implement a consumer-centred, product-driven growth strategy (OGSM) for the STAEDTLER brand and product portfolio
- Sales targets: Achieve ambitious sales and earnings targets in coordination with the Chief Marketing, Product and Sales Officer (CSMO) through a consumer-centric global three-year new product roadmap
- Market analysis: Identify global, regional, and local market trends, consumer insights, and the competitive landscape and respond with clearly derived product strategy solutions
- Innovation: Design commercially successful innovations to expand the category and close gaps in the product range
- Business development: Identify and pursue new business areas and models
- Degree in business administration, marketing, product management, or a related field
- Several years of proven leadership experience in the successful development and implementation of global brand and product strategies, in a high-growth, highly competitive environment, preferably in the consumer goods industry
- Strong strategic and analytical skills
- Creativity, innovative ability, and strong execution skills
- Extensive people management experience – with proven success in building, leading, and inspiring high-performing teams, fostering a positive culture of innovation, trust and accountability; team player with a collaborative and motivating way of working
- Very good language skills in English and German
- Willingness to travel internationally
