  • Develop and implement a comprehensive and holistic marketing framework for neuro/spine surgery workflows

  • Create and oversee the execution of an annual strategic marketing plan

  • Launch new products and workflows across different markets and customer segments

  • Develop and implement a clinical marketing strategy

  • Design innovative multi-channel campaigns targeting healthcare professionals and beyond

  • Manage content creation and coordinate with external agencies

  • Define clear marketing KPIs, measure success, and foster cross-sector and cross-SBU collaboration


  • Academic degree in marketing, medicine, management or business administration, ideally complemented by an MBA

  • Solid work experience in marketing or customer-facing roles within medical markets

  • Deep understanding of B2B or medical marketing environments

  • First leadership experience and strong team and relationship orientation

  • Innovative open mindset, eager to advance from traditional to next-generation marketing approaches

  • Pragmatic executor with high work standards and willingness to travel up to 30% for international trade shows and customer visits

  • Fluent in English, both written and spoken; fluency in German is a strong advantage
