Senior PLC Engineer (m/f/d)


  • Develop, program, and commission PLC systems (Siemens S7, Beckhoff, ) ensuring stable and efficient automation operations
  • Participate in the design, planning, and optimization of automation projects to improve system performance and reliability
  • Manage project schedules, coordinate multidisciplinary teams, and ensure timely delivery of milestones
  • Troubleshoot complex technical issues, providing on-site and remote support to guarantee system uptime
  • Mentor junior engineers, sharing knowledge and fostering continuous technical growth within the team
  • Communicate effectively with clients to understand their requirements and convert them into practical technical solutions
  • Prepare comprehensive technical documentation, commission reports, and progress updates
  • Collaborate closely with electrical, mechanical, and sales teams to ensure seamless integration and project success

  • Bachelor's degree or higher in Mechatronics, Industrial Automation, Electrical Engineering, or related technical discipline, or equivalent vocational training
  • At least 3 years of professional experience in automation, with proven expertise in programming and commissioning PLC systems such as Siemens S7 and Beckhoff
  • Strong skills in electrical commissioning, troubleshooting, and problem-solving
  • Solid understanding of pneumatic systems, sensors, and common industrial electrical components
  • Excellent communication skills, customer service orientation, and ability to work collaboratively in teams
  • Proficient in preparing detailed technical documentation and safety procedures
  • Fluent in English, German, or Chinese
  • Valid Class B driver's license and willingness to undertake domestic and international business trips
