Further BI is home to our own incubation efforts and buy-and-build strategies including the growth program Bertelsmann Next which builds leading businesses with the ambition to reach nine-to-ten-digit revenues for Bertelsmann, currently in verticals such digital health, pharma tech, HR tech and mobile ad tech - both organically and through acquisitions.
For one of our venture capital funds we are looking for a sharp, highly organized Executive Assistant to help keep the fund's daily business running smoothly. You'll be the right hand to senior leadership, handling schedules, travel, and operations with precision—so they can focus on investing in the next big thing. - Keep us on track - Manage calendars, scheduling, and day-to-day logistics for senior leadership.
- Make travel seamless - Organize executive travel for meetings, conferences, and events.
- Bring people together - Coordinate occasional events and team retreats.
- Handle key relationships - Manage external service providers and vendors.
- Support hiring efforts - Help streamline recruiting processes and onboarding.
- Assist with reporting - Provide support on internal reports.
- You're highly organized, detail-oriented, and take full ownership of your work.
- You're tech-savvy and comfortable with Google Suite (bonus points for experience with Notion, Slack, or other productivity tools).
- You thrive in fast-paced environments across multiple time zones and love finding ways to improve workflows.
- You have exceptional communication skills in written and spoken English (fluent or native German is a big plus!).
- Prior experience as an Executive Assistant in an investment fund, start-up or similar capacity is a plus, but not a hard requirement.
- Remote work or at one of the nice offices in Munich or Berlin, once we have set them up.
