  • Monitor international shipments by coordinating with logistics providers. This includes proactively tracking shipments, resolving delivery issues, and ensuring materials arrive on time at their destination.
  • Confirm shipping requests with global partners. Verify shipment details such as destination, contents, deadlines, and special requirements. Follow up regularly until delivery is completed.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for customers regarding order status, delivery issues, or any logistical concerns. Provide timely and effective solutions to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Keep accurate order records by updating shipment statuses, delivery confirmations, and issue resolutions in Flashtrac (Flash Global's logistics management system).
  • Create and process new shipment orders in Flashtrac, ensuring that all required information (such as shipping instructions, partner details, and deadlines) is correctly entered.
  • Support international return processes, including coordinating the pickup of defective or returned items, ensuring proper documentation, and tracking the return shipment until completion.
  • Participate in after-hours support shifts (night or weekend shifts) based on a rotational schedule. During these periods, handle urgent customer needs, track critical shipments, and escalate issues when necessary, always in compliance with labor laws and company policies.

  • Bachelor's degree in Logistics, International Trade, International Relations, Engineering or Business Administration (completed or in progress).
  • English proficiency is required to perform tasks in an international environment.
  • Basic Excel skills.
  • Experience in customer support related to services, logistics, and associated processes.
  • Knowledge of international logistics.
