We're looking for a skilled and motivated person to join our team in a position focused on data analytics and data engineering. In this role, you'll dive deep into complex datasets across all our department, and other areas to uncover insights, develop predictive models and support strategic decision-making. You'll also help shape our data infrastructure and contribute to automation and tool integration that enables smarter, faster work across the organization.


  • Apply advanced analytics / machine learning techniques on various datasets to generate actionable insights, supporting all our departments
  • Review and enrich machine learning models using in-depth statistics knowledge and techniques
  • Collaborate and work with our data engineer specialist to build, maintain, and scale our data platform
  • Work cross-functionally to understand business needs and translate them into data-driven solutions
  • Create visualisations to showcase findings and insights to stakeholders

  • A degree in a numerical or technical field (e.g. Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or related)
  • 2+ years of professional experience in applying advanced analytics / machine learning techniques for transforming data into insights
  • Experience with machine learning algorithms to do predictive modeling, segmentation and classification (e.g. random forest, regression)
  • Strong proficiency in working with large datasets, using tools like Azure Synapse Analytics, Databricks, SQL and Python
  • Experience with data platforms, ETL processes, and cloud-based environments e.g. Azure
  • Hands-on experience with system integration, workflow automation, and supporting data pipelines
  • A collaborative mindset and enthusiasm for supporting others and building shared solutions
  • Fluency in written and spoken English

  • Payment according to a transparent internal salary structure; in this position according to group 4 with full-time employment (40h/week) from 4.020 Euro to a maximum of 5.084, depending on the relevant professional experience
