The Auskin Group of Companies, headquartered in Australia, specializes in the sourcing, manufacturing, and distribution of sheepskins and sheepskin accessories for the home under corporate brand Fibre by Auskin. Our production is located in China, and there are sales offices in Europe, USA, Japan, China, Australia, and New Zealand.
Auskin Europe Pty Ltd is the European branch of this internationally operating group. Our core business is wholesale and export sales.
Are you motivated, reliable, and ready to become part of a dedicated team? We are looking for you to join our team as full-time INSIDE SALES REPRESENTATIVE (m/f/d)!
BACKGROUND:
This position is responsible for handling all incoming wholesale customer orders and enquiries by email, phone & Shopify and for providing both sales support & customer service.
This position is based out of our office in Wildeshausen and reports to the Branch Manager.
- You will handle incoming phone, email & Shopify orders and enquiries within agreed timelines & the company's credit procedures.
- You will maintain a regular outgoing call and email program to your designated group of wholesale customers.
- You understand customer needs and requirements & how these can be met with our wholesale product range.
- You will source new sales opportunities for our wholesale business through inbound lead follow-up, out-bound cold calls, emails and internet research.
- You will provide qualified sales opportunities to the sales team for further development and closure.
- Where appropriate, you will close sales with prospects and customers yourself by phone or email.
- You will maintain accurate records of prospects, customers and sales activity in the branch's CRM database.
- You will assist with the preparation of sales reports and presentations.
- You will assist with the preparation of trade shows and, if necessary, accompany the sales team to a show (national & international shows).

- Experience: You have experience in internal sales or have worked in a wholesale company before.

- Structure: You are very organized and are used to working with CRM programs.
- Languages: You must be fluent in German and English. Another foreign language, such as French, would be desirable (but not required).
- Computer skills: You have advanced computer skills and are adept at using MS Office programs.
- Independence and motivation: You have the ability to complete tasks independently and with high motivation.
- Team spirit: You are a true team player and want to work in a small, dedicated team that is passionate about providing the best service to our customers.
- Flexibility: Since we are very dependent on seasonality and a small team, we expect a certain degree of flexibility.
- Travel: You are willing to occasionally accompany us to a trade fair.
- Driving license: You are mobile and hold a class B or higher driving license.
