Then join us as an intern in the TOM (Target Operating Model) / Sprint Steering & Enablement team.

What does this mean regarding your tasks?

  • Support Project Management
  • Operational support in the preparation and follow-up of workshops
  • Create and update documents for management committees
  • First point of contact for stakeholders and communication with stakeholders
  • Assist in identifying, analyzing, and evaluating process optimization potentials

  • You are enrolled in a business administration degree or a comparable field
  • You are proficient in MS Office and Adobe programs
  • You have strong German and English language skills - both written and spoken
  • You possess analytical skills and an understanding of processes
  • You enjoy working in a team but also like to handle tasks independently, exploratively, and proactively
  • You keep your goals in sight, stand by your word, and pursue what you set out to achieve consistently
  • You combine methodical and structured approaches with "intellectual agility" and high communication skills
  • Short-term changes don't scare you - you see them as challenges and opportunities
