At our site in Böblingen you will find both as Contact Center Manager in Europe (m/f/d) Your Responsibilities Manage Team, provide leadership, guidance, coaching, feedback as well as career planning Responsible and provide assistance to Advantest customers in areas such as customer service requests, call management, part order fulfillment, trade quoting for services and parts, order management (billing) and dispatching of onsite resources (people and parts).
