Kipu Quantum is a German startup focused on quantum computing, with offices in Karlsruhe and Berlin. We specialize in developing quantum algorithms tailored for specific applications and hardware. Our solutions help various industries, including pharmaceuticals, chemicals, logistics, and finance, to tackle complex problems using existing quantum hardware. We aim to make practical quantum computing accessible by significantly reducing the time needed to achieve quantum advantage for real-world applications.

In December 2023, Kipu Quantum secured €10.5 million in seed funding, led by HV Capital and DTCF (DeepTech & Climate Fonds), with participation from Entrada Ventures, Quantonation, and First Momentum Ventures. This funding will support the development of our hardware-specific quantum algorithms and accelerate the commercialization of our quantum solutions.

Are you passionate about driving growth through data, strategy, and seamless execution? We're looking for a proactive and data-driven professional as B2B Marketing Manager (m/f/d) to support our marketing and sales teams across a variety of high-impact activities. In this role, you'll play a key part in lead management, event reporting, campaign analysis, and user engagement. You'll also help shape our marketing content and ensure our CRM systems are aligned with strategic goals.   • Lead & Data Management: Consolidate and maintain lead data from events and marketing activities within CRM tools, ensuring accuracy and structure.
  • Event Strategy Support: Assist in event planning and execution, including outreach preparation and post-event performance reporting.
  • Performance Analysis: Monitor and report on marketing and sales KPIs, delivering insights to inform strategy and optimize campaigns.
  • User Engagement: Conduct user outreach to gather feedback and improve PLANQK platform experience.
  • Content & Campaign Support: Collaborate on the creation of marketing materials and sales enablement assets.

  • Completed studies in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or a related field or comparable qualifications
  • Experience in a marketing or sales role in a Deep Tech or startup environment, focusing on B2B technical audiences (mainly Scientists, Tech-Leads, Investors)
  • Experience in CRM tools (e.g., Hubspot) and their application in marketing workflows
  • Experience with content management systems (CMS) for creating and managing web content is beneficial
  • True startup mindset; hands-on, driven, resilient. As we are a young venture, we all must wear different hats and contribute to different aspects of the business
  • Excellent command of English is necessary, and German is a big plus
