    The Rollout Manager as part of the Rollout Team in our LUCA Transformation project plays a pivotal role for all activities of the project towards success by managing its complexities and ensuring alignment with the strategic goals of the transformation. This role involves close collaboration with all members of the LUCA project team and Rollout countries representatives to drive the LUCA transformation that meets business and technical requirements and delivers substantial business value.

    Responsibilities:

    • Oversee the S/4HANA Finance rollout in specific countries, ensuring successful adoption of standardized processes with local adaptations.
    • Manage end-to-end project lifecycle in line with business priorities and strategic goals.
    • Engage senior stakeholders and partners to align resources and secure business sponsorship.
    • Collaborate with local and central project teams across all relevant functional and technical streams.
    • Identify and address local process gaps, ensuring accurate system configuration with documented RICEFW.
    • Monitor and mitigate risks that could affect the business case, scope, timeline, or operations.
    • Support SAP learning journeys for Finance, Accounting, and ARIBA to build local capabilities.
    • Oversee key technical roles to ensure quality, integration, and architectural alignment.
    • Lead local program and change management to drive effective transformation and adoption.

    • 5+ years of experience in SAP Finance and project leadership.
    • Proven leadership in S/4HANA transformation projects for over 5 years.
    • Hands-on involvement in global ERP transformation initiatives.
    • Skilled in working with diverse, multinational teams.
    • Deep expertise in S/4HANA Financials and core business processes.
    • Holds a relevant degree in Finance, Business, IT, or related field.
    • SAP certifications in S/4HANA Finance and Financial Accounting are a plus.
    • Excellent English verbal and written communication skills. Ability to prepare target group oriented (e.g. executive) presentations and socialize the business case with key stakeholders
