Our Corporate IT Team is looking for you!
System Management:
- Oversee the implementation, maintenance, and enhancement of IT systems used by Audit and Tax department
- Ensure data integrity, security, and compliance with relevant standards
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to identify system requirements and improvements
Data Collection and Analysis:
- Work closely with the Aduit and Tax teams to collect relevant data
- Analyze data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement
- Develop dashboards and reports for internal and external stakeholders
Process Optimization:
- Streamline data collection processes, automating where possible
- Identify bottlenecks and propose solutions to enhance efficiency
- Stay informed about industry best practices and emerging technologies
Stakeholder Engagement:
- Collaborate with Audit, Tax, and IT teams to align reporting requirements
- Engage with external partners, auditors, and regulatory bodies as needed
- Communicate progress and results to senior management
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field
- Experience in high-level administration of SaaS platforms
- Strong coordination and communication skills
- Ability to work closely with business owners and IT teams
- Proven experience (3+ years) in IT application management
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
- Proficiency in data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI)
- Excellent communication and collaboration abilities
