In the limango IT you get the chance to contribute your own ideas and know-how to maintain and develop our highly frequented, self built online shop for our markets in Germany, Austria, Poland and the Netherlands. In close collaboration with our international development and product teams, you will test core functionalities of our webshop, identify potential issues, and provide insights that directly influence business and product decisions. Your feedback will help improve the overall customer experience and maintain high standards across all platforms.
Goal of the position:
Test Limango webshop and create a weekly report with findings, delivered directly to the Managing Director and Director of Product. The role focuses on identifying issues related to functionality, usability, and performance, ensuring the webshop meets high quality standards and supports an optimal customer experience. Your insights will contribute directly to strategic improvements and product development decisions.
- Check and validate typical customer use cases across the webshop to ensure a smooth and intuitive user experience.
- Plan, coordinate, and conduct customer interviews and focus groups to gather actionable feedback and insights.
- Analyze findings and translate them into clear improvement suggestions.
- Prepare a structured report every two weeks and present key insights directly to the Director of Product and Managing Director.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to follow up on identified issues and contribute to product refinement.
Professional requirements for the candidate:
- You are currently pursuing studies in a field related to e-commerce, user experience, or user research – such as Media and Communication Design, UX Design, Business Informatics, Business Psychology, or a comparable discipline.
- You have a strong interest in digital products, customer behavior, and improving user experiences.
- You are analytical, detail-oriented, and enjoy identifying patterns and usability issues.
- You feel confident communicating insights clearly and concisely, both in writing and in conversation.
- You enjoy working independently, but also value collaboration within cross-functional teams.
- You have excellent command of both English and German. Knowledge of Polish is a plus.
*Availability to work from the office at least twice per month, with presence required in the Limango office in Munich.
