- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to document and map current processes using established tools and methodologies.
- Should have strong expertise in at least one reporting tool, such as Power BI.
- Help maintain and follow up our common KPI's and our strategic road map.
- Engage with stakeholders from various departments to gather input, share insights, and drive alignment on process excellence initiatives.
- Provide support in organizing and moderating meetings, including preparing agendas and capturing action points.
- Help maintain and follow up our common KPI's and our strategic road map.
- Track deliverables, and progress, ensuring alignment with timelines and objectives.
- Help facilitate in Root Cause Analysis (RCA) sessions.
- Currently enrolled in a degree in Business Administration, Mathematics, Economics, Finance, Computer Science or equivalent discipline.
- Excellent communication skills and a customer-centric mindset.
- Structured work approach and the ability to organize yourself.
- Entrepreneurial spirit with a proactive and hands-on mentality.
- Knowledge of standard Operational/Process Excellence methodologies and practices is a plus
- Knowledge of reporting tools like PowerBI is a plus.
- Good time management, ability to establish priorities and meet goals.
- Fluent in English. Knowledge of Norwegian and/or German is a plus.
- Should be located in or near Düsseldorf.
