Based at our first production site in Europe, Obernburg on the Main, we are looking for you as

Personal Assistant (m/w/d) of the Company founder.


  • Active support and relief of executive management in organizational and administrative tasks
  • Efficient office management with independent execution of all relevant tasks
  • Planning, organizing, and coordinating travel, appointments, seminars, workshops, special projects, and events
  • Administrative tasks such as invoice verification, document management, and mail handling
  • Managing travel expense reports
  • Acting as an interface for internal and external contacts with executive management
  • Assisting in the preparation of presentations
  • Coordinate office activities; troubleshoot or escalate basic office administration issues.
  • Maintain daily appointment calendars
  • Present a positive and professional image of the executive office to all visitors, suppliers, inquiries, and other interactions
  • Review all documents, reports, and correspondence prepared for signature of the executive team for format, content, grammar, and spelling, and make edits as necessary

  • Completed studies in Business Administration or a comparable commercial training
  • Extensive professional experience in a similar position, with solid knowledge of business processes and procedures
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, combined with a professional and confident demeanor
  • High resilience, flexibility, and a high level of trustworthiness, even in challenging situations
  • Structured, agile and conscientious working style with a high degree of reliability and responsibility
  • Very proficient in MS Office
  • Excellent command of English, both written and spoken; Italian and French language skills are an advantage; additional foreign language skills are desirable
