- Planning the orders with Subcontractors, own trucks, and sell orders through the market
- Order acceptance from our main customer (FTL/LTL)
- Procurement of cargo space
- Sourcing of useful loads
- Purchase of return loads
- Arrangement of own subcontractor trucks
- Communication with the customer
- Processing of claims
- Completed training as a freight forwarder or experience in tour planning (Ausbildung Disponent und Logistik)
- Proficient in written and spoken German and English
- Ability to work independently
- Good knowledge of office software (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Initial experience with Timocom
- Strong negotiation skills
