Workflowmanager Outbound (m/w/d)

We are seeking a highly motivated, analytically skilled and detail-oriented Control Center Outbound Specialist to join our logistics team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing wave and order processes to ensure timely and accurate order fulfilment. This role requires strong analytical skills, excellent communication, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Order Management: Utilize real-time order tracking and automated systems to manage orders from receipt to dispatch, ensuring accuracy, service level fulfilment and customer satisfaction
- Sorter Management: Use and improve processes and systems to improve the sorter performance in our fulfilment centres by optimizing the sequence the batches of customer orders are processed
- Performance Monitoring: Track and analyse key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess the efficiency of outbound processes and identify areas for improvement
- Collaboration: Work closely with other logistics teams in Germany and Poland to ensure seamless operations
- Issue Resolution: Quickly identify and resolve any issues that arise during the order fulfilment process, minimizing disruptions and maintaining high service levels
- Reporting: Generate regular reports on outbound activities, providing insights and recommendations for process improvements
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in logistics or supply chain management, preferably in an e-commerce environment, delivery planning, goods flow control or similar areas
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, as well as the strong attention to detail and organisation
- Proficiency in logistics software and systems, including real-time tracking and order management tools
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; fluent German and English skills are required (min. B2 level), Polish or other languages are a plus
- Ability to work in shifts (weekly change in a two-shift system) and effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- Experience with Microsoft Excel required, SAP is a plus
