Your Role:

Manage stock of all components, consumables, spare parts related to Production Material and Non-Production Material within the manufacturing site.

Ensure the availability of the products to avoid disruption of the production and sales

Define necessary stock in collaboration with Production Department and Demand Management

Apply the appropriate Operational Procurement processes in place (forecast, stock level, obsolete stock, supplier assessment) by using settings in SAP

Contribute to supplier assessment by providing effective reporting in support of optimum manufacturing performance

Coordinate products changes in cooperation with affected departments

Improve and implement processes within the department as well as with other departments to comply to company strategy evolution

Contribute actively to local, global and cross-sites projects

Degree in business administration or background / knowledge in logistic, purchasing and production management

Profound knowledge in Operational Procurement/ Disposition
-
The ability to communicate both in English and German written and verbal form is essential.

Experience working in a multinational company that required communication with overseas locations is important.

A high level of skill in using SAP MM/PP and MS Office, especially Excel, is also important

Analysis skills and basic negotiation skills
