This position is limited until the end of 2026.


  • Coordinate and support training sessions, including pre-training pre­paration, in-session assistance, and post-training follow-up
  • Facilitate regular feed­back sessions with commercial teams and trainers to ensure that the trai­ning needs are met and updated
  • Maintain and improve training paths and materials for various commer­cial roles, ensuring easy accessi­bility and conti­nuous updates
  • Organize and manage team mee­tings, inclu­ding agenda pre­paration, note-taking as well as task board updates, and follow-up on open tasks
  • Prepare and maintain team presen­tations and reports, consoli­dating communi­cation plans and ensuring that inter­nal guidelines are upheld
  • Lead the implementation and manage­ment of internal trai­ning plat­forms and main­tain the team's SharePoint presence

  • Bachelors' degree in business adminis­tration, human resources, or a related field
  • Proven expe­rience in trai­ning coordination and team assis­tance roles
  • Good know­ledge of English and German is an advantage
  • Strong organi­zational and multi­tasking skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (SharePoint, PowerPoint, etc.)
  • Ability to work independently and colla­boratively in a fast-paced environ­ment
