The Fleet Operations Manager (m/f/d) DACH, Turkey is responsible for the management of Fleet Operations and all activities regarding company cars in Germany, Austria, Switzerland and Turkey.

Responsibilities:

  • Contributing to company initiatives: cost reduction initiatives, EV by 2040, eligibility /policy guidelines.
  • Writes and reviews local policies, identifies opportunities for process improvements and simplification based on needs, feedback from the markets, analytics and trends, BMS goals.
  • Examines external market trends for new opportunities and leads the integration of any new fleet suppliers, working closely with Global Procurement Operations Team and Legal.
  • Reviews suppliers' contracts from a business perspective and coordinates the negotiation for better operational support.
  • Assists in development and maintenance of global departmental scorecards and KPIs.
  • Act as a liaison with Work Councils, ensuring that fleet operations align with employee interests and regulatory requirements according to Company Fleet strategy. This helps in fostering a collaborative environment, addressing employee concerns, and implementing changes smoothly.

  • Educational degree: Master of Science/Master of Arts
  • Professional certifications (e.g. CPM, CPIM).
  • 1-2 years Pharmaceutical Fleet / Procurement experience
  • Membership in Professional Associations, e.g. ISM
  • Fleet (and/or Travel and Meetings) Category expertise

Based on your function, department or individual position, you will have the opportunity to discuss with your Manager the option to work remotely up to 50% of the time, over a two-week period, with the flexibility to choose the days that align with your collaboration needs.
