With a fleet of 287 modern container ships and a Vessel Capacity 2.2 million TEU, as well as a Container Capacity 3.2 million TEU including one of the world's largest and most modern reefer container fleets, Hapag-Lloyd is one of the world's leading liner shipping companies. In the Terminal & Infrastructure segment, Hapag-Lloyd has stakes in 20 terminals in Europe, Latin America, the United States, India, and North Africa. The roughly 2.600 employees assigned to the Terminal & Infrastructure segment deal with terminal-related activities and provide complementary logistics services at selected locations.



  • Administrative Support:
    • Assist in scheduling meetings, preparing agendas, and taking minutes
    • Handle correspondence and communication with internal and external stakeholders
  • Project Management:
    • Support the planning and execution of training programs and workshops
    • Track project timelines, milestones, and deliverables
    • Coordinate with various departments to ensure smooth implementation of training initiatives
  • Event Coordination:
    • Help organize and manage logistics for training events, including venue booking, catering, and participant registration
    • Provide on-site support during training sessions and events
  • Content Development:
    • Assist in the creation and updating of training materials, including manuals, guides, and e-learning modules
    • Review and edit content to ensure clarity, accuracy and alignment with corporate standards
  • Research and Analysis:
    • Conduct research on procurement best practices, market trends and new technologies
  • Continuous Improvement:
    • Gather feedback from training participants and stakeholders to identify areas for improvement
    • Suggest and implement enhancements to training programs and processes


  • Currently enrolled in a relevant degree program (e.g., Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or related field)
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving
