We are looking for

Account Manager Export EU (f/m/d) (full-time)


  • Proactively manage and support a portfolio of international customers, with a special focus on reactivating relationships with dormant customers across the EU.

  • Confidently contact customers via phone and e-mail to establish and maintain strong relationships, with a willingness to occasionally travel within the EU for in-person meetings and visits.

  • Handle availability inquiries with suppliers and service providers, prepare quotations, place orders, and ensure seamless processing of goods from receipt to dispatch.

  • Issue accurate transport documents for shipping and customs clearance, while developing a working knowledge of customs clearance tasks to provide backup support during team absences.

  • Represent the company at trade fairs and customer visits


  • A background in Business Administration, International Trade, Logistics, or similar fields, or equivalent work experience.

  • Strong customer-focused approach, with proven experience in customer service, account management, or sales.

  • Ability to build and maintain relationships over the phone and in person.

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English. German and additional language skills are a plus.

  • Willingness to travel occasionally within the EU for customer visits and trade fairs.

  • Interest in learning customs clearance procedures to provide backup support during team absences.

  • Proficiency in MS Office tools and experience with ERP or CRM systems.
