Our Digital Transformation Team is looking for you!

  • Actively support and drive the business area's development of financial processes and system landscape as project manager
  • Coach and advise business colleagues hands on with the initialization of projects with root-cause analysis of problems, structuring of project and defining the project setup
  • Support the financial area in initiating, planning, managing, monitoring and steering (digitalization) initiatives in close cooperation with the initiatives' to foster continuous process and data value improvements
  • Regularly engage with your colleagues and peers to learn about their business requirements to jointly develop a sophisticated pipeline of smaller and bigger initiatives to improve their daily business life
  • Continuously assess, review and contribute to the area's digitalization framework (e.g. vision, strategy, roadmap, tool and skill set) and its execution
  • Provide guidance and knowledge in the field of digitalization to internal stakeholders within the business area as part of contribution to the area's knowledge base or stakeholder-orientated trainings

  • University degree or equivalent in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Consulting or Economics
  • At least 3 years of working experience within a Controlling, Finance or Reporting function; background in Energy Industry a plus
  • Profound track-record of working experience on agile driven change or transformation projects for example as a Product Owner, Business Analyst, Business Project Manager or Project/ Workstream lead
  • Practical skills in financial digital transformation tools like classic corporate performance management or enterprise resource planning tools (i.e. SAP, Tagetik…) and state-of-the-art reporting and office tools (i.e. Microsoft Office, Power BI…)
  • High ability to manage interfaces between Finance and IT as well as willingness to cooperate
  • Own initiative, high personal responsibility and data driven mindset
  • Excellent communication skills (English a must; German a plus) and assertiveness
