To strengthen our team we are looking for a
Deputy Location/Branch Manager (m/w/d) - Lingen
In this function you represent and safeguard the interests of the location in full alignment with the direction defined by the Head of the Location and/or Managing Director. The Deputy Location Manager is acting as an authorized representative (Procura) primarily on behalf of the Head of the Location Lingen.
Your Responsibilities:
- Resource and Operations Management of the Back-office departments Facilities, Advisory, HSE and IT, including regular information exchanges, updates on projects & initiatives, KPI tracking and reporting
- Organization and moderation of regular Back-office meetings
- Monthly preparation and reporting of all Back-office KPIs
- Supporting the Managing Director in tracking and evaluating the budget utilization as well as realizing close alignment and synchronization with the Finance Department during budget and projection cycles
- Preparation and evaluation of business cases for investments, concepts and/or measurements for continuous improvement of the location and the position in the regional labor market
- Organization and potential moderation of local townhalls
- Defining the event agenda for the year as well as track planning, implementation and budget utilization
- Contact person for the Works Council and their committees (e.g. Economics Committee) of the RTRC GmbH as the management representative
- Close coordination and interaction with Corporate Marketing to ensure successful control of internal and external communication as well as positioning of ROSEN Lingen in the community
- Close cooperation with the Back-office departments Finance and Human Resources to follow up on strategic initiatives implementation
- Close cooperation with Corporate departments, active in Lingen, to ensure alignment and information exchange
- Several years of relevant professional experience in a comparable position, preferable in an international environment
- Experience in disciplinary leadership
- High sense of responsibility, accountability and quality awareness
- Strong communicator with the ability to motivate employees
- Ability to build relationships with stakeholders at all levels
- High organizational and analytical skills
- Excellent communication and assertiveness skills and be willing to work proactively and committed in a multidimensional organization
- Team-oriented personality with high social and intercultural competence
- Very good knowledge in German and English, other languages are a plus
