Teamleader (m/f/d) Solar Construction
We are all passionate for renewables in general and solar in particular. Project Managers in our Solar Construction and Project Management Department provide technical support to our development colleagues already at a very early stage of the projects. Therefore, we know our projects from the very beginning and can develop and ensure the best possible concept.
- You are responsible for the construction of our solar plants in various countries
- You lead and develop your team of project manager and site-manager located in different countries
- You ensure and continuously improve our high-quality standards of our solar farms
- You ensure and continuously improve documentation and execution of HSE standards
- You are responsible for the timely and on budget execution of our projects
- You identify and respect country specific requirements
- You ensure good communication and collaboration with other departments within ABO Energy.
- You maintain and expand our network of external partners and subcontractors
- You continuously support our organisation to improve our processes, quality and cost efficiency. Perform site visits to ensure contractual compliance and best quality of the works
- Degree in engineering or similar educational background mandatory
- 5-10 years of experience in photovoltaic EPC business
- Business fluent in English and German; Additional languages would be considered an asset
- Proven track record of solar farms in multi megawatt scale and in different markets
- Experience in an international environment
- Hands on and solution orientated mentality
- Experience to lead and develop a team
