With immediate effect we are looking for a:

IT Security Analyst (m/f/d)


  • Define effective IT Security controls from the relevant regulations (s.a. MaRisk, BAIT) and best practises (s.a. BSI technical standards)
  • Embed IT Security policies to protect and manage confidentiality, integrity, authenticity and availability of the Bank's information and all supporting processes, applications and systems
  • Develop and refine the IT Security Service Introduction process for change initiatives and projects, incl.:
    • Definition of the standard deliverables to document IT Security standard compliance
    • Document adherence to the relevant standard in an auditable manner
  • Develop and refine the IT Security controls calendar to ensure a regular monitoring and to document their effectiveness. Identify gaps and develop action plans to remediate IT Security risks
  • Define and implement effective and robust 1st line Operational resilience and Security controls
  • Assess system and process changes from an IT security perspective. Engage with a diverse group of stakeholders to influence the solution design to meet business goals and strategy requirements, resolving conflicting requirements as appropriate
  • Work with projects and change initiatives to ensure the secure design of new solutions, services and IT deliverables

  • Educated to degree level in Information Technology or Sciences
  • Proven expertise and several years of working experience within Information Security
  • Proven knowledge in MaRisk, BAIT, BSI technical standards
  • Ability to build effective relationships across the organisation and within cross-functional and -cultural teams
  • Effective verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate information clearly, accurately and concisely to colleagues at all levels
  • Fluency in spoken and written business level German and English
