  • Organizational and administrative support to the Managing Director, and where necessary to department heads and the team
  • Scheduling, coordination and tracking of business meetings, conference calls and video conferences (internal and external), including (international) travel planning and managing expense claims in line with travel policy if applicable
  • Self-management and organization of the office to ensure the smooth running of daily operations
  • Act as a first point of contact for incoming internal and external contacts
  • Preparation and handling of correspondence
  • Creation of presentations, reports and other (project) documents
  • Compile minutes of meetings and follow up action items
  • Database management and filing of documents
  • Special tasks and support in different projects on an ad hoc basis

  • Business education with above average degree or equivalent qualification
  • Experience as an executive assistant in a comparable position
  • Ability to work in an international environment across external business partners, stakeholders and internal teams
  • High level of integrity and ability to deal with sensitive information
  • Strong planning and organizational skills (attention to detail, able to successfully handle multiple tasks at the same time and to prioritize)
  • Positive attitude, accountability and resourcefulness
  • High degree of initiative, reliability and flexibility
  • Very good knowledge of all MS Office package applications (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Fluency in English and German on a business level; other language skills are beneficial
