To support our committed IT-Team in Munich we are searching for a IT-Administrator – 1st Level Support (m/f/d).

Technical and user-oriented actions are integral to your entrepreneurial mindset. As a member of our IT team, you will be responsible for 1st Level Support, addressing technical issues, and maintaining smooth operational processes, including IT system maintenance and conceptual contributions to infrastructure development. The continuous support of our colleagues is a top priority for you, ensuring a seamless IT workflow.

This includes:

  • Processing helpdesk inquiries and creating qualified tickets
  • Providing user support (Windows, the Office suite, and other specialized systems)
  • Independently resolving IT problems
  • Administration of the client infrastructure (AD, PCs, notebooks, mobile devices, printers, network) including set-up of appropriate systems
  • Ensuring a smooth onboarding process for employees
  • Managing IT assets (inventory, deployment, decommissioning)
  • Supporting video conferencing and communication solutions

Your qualification

  • Completed vocational training or a degree
  • Initial practical experience in system administration and first-level user support
  • Good knowledge of current Windows operating systems, including AD/Client management
  • Solid networking skills
  • Proficiency in managing IT workstations (PCs, laptops, tablets, mobile phones)
  • Very good knowledge of English, as well as good knowledge of German
