Within the ODDO BHF Group's Information Systems Department, you will be in charge of designing Client Lifecycle workflows in a digital environment for the entire Group business lines (Private wealth management in France and Germany, Independent Financial Advisers, ODDO services…)

  • Functional and technical design
  • Acceptance tests
  • Projects reporting
  • Deploying projects internally to different departments and project managers, and coordinating the projects involved teams
  • Creating state-of-the-art digital platforms for customers and employees
  • Regular monitoring:
  • Attentive to all the opportunities and impacts that digital offer in its diversity.
  • Advanced knowledge of new technology culture and digital maturity.
  • Stimulation of innovation
  • Link with the different group's departments

In order to carry out these missions, you will be in regular contact with all the Businesses in France, Germany and the subsidiaries, with the COOs of the Group's business lines, with Compliance and legal departments, with the Group's DPO and the IT Security and Innovation Department.

This responsible position combining operational and project management will allow you to develop your skills in an entrepreneurial and international context. As part of the regular activity of the department, several trips to Germany and Tunisia are to be expected during the year.


  • Graduate from an engineering or business school (or equivalent)
  • 6 years of experience in the IT field and an advanced knowledge of the new technologies culture and digital maturity.
  • Strong foundation in digital project management
  • Knowledge of the IT domain necessary
  • Client Life cycle, KYC and Financial Knowledge
  • Proactive, you enjoy working independently
  • You are recognized for your organizational skills, rigor and precision
  • Very good written and oral communication skills
  • Excellent level of English, French would be a plus
