  • Steering of Sales & Operational Planning process with focus on production planning for Division Europe
  • Coordination of supply chain planning for Sales projects with Tender Managers, Production and Purchasing
  • Simulation of supply chain scenarios and optimization of project sourcing assumptions
  • Creation of transparency and risk awareness regarding order commitments, stock, capacities
  • Development of tools improving working efficiency
  • Preparation of strategic decision proposals for Board approvals
  • Creation and alignment with functions of strategic quantities on a 3 years outlook
  • Dealing with Sales requests regarding lead times and sourcing assumptions of new projects
  • Special projects


  • Master's degree in Engineering, Finance, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Business Informatics or comparable
  • Fluent in English and German (spoken and written), Spanish would be a benefit
  • Structured, precise and analytical way of working
  • Very high IT affinity, expert in VBA and SQL
  • Good understanding of complex business processes
  • Capability to interact with people at different levels
  • Conflict solving attitude, proactive and information sharing
  • Ability to deliver high quality results within limited time
