IDS GmbH - Analysis and Reporting Services (IDS) unlocks the value of data for the global investment industry: We validate, refine, and link data from a wide variety of sources and make it available for mission-critical processes along all investment strategies and products quickly, worldwide, and at any time. Working Student (m/f/d) in Architecture and Service Foundation
Are you looking for an exciting job with new challenges that require a quick solution? Then support us in increasing process transparency and process efficiency of IDS's processes. Together, we document new and existing processes, analyze, and improve processes to ensure the provision of our sophisticated and high-quality analysis and reporting services.
We are looking for a working student (m/f/d) who:
- documents processes for / in close cooperation with colleagues / projects by means of ADONIS.
- helps to quality assure ADONIS end user documentation.
- provides support on various ad-hoc topics and projects.
- supports in the daily operations of our ADONIS platform.
- supports us in performing process impediment analysis.
- University Student (m/f/d) of Economics, Mathematics, IT or similar preferred
- Working hours: 20 h per week (flexible setup)
- Start: Immediately, at least for one year (extension welcome)
- Fluent in German and English
- Good communication skills with customers, service providers, and IDS colleagues (call, web-meeting, email)
- Interest in business administration, IT and mathematics topics
- Good MS Office skills required (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Flexible working hours and 30 prorated vacation days per year
- Flexibility to work from home or in the office (near Munich central station)
