Within the Business Unit Antivibration Solutions (AVS) we are developing and producing rubber-metal parts with approx. 750 employees across 8 sites worldwide. Our products are used in various areas, such as agricultural and construction machinery, wind turbines, general industry, marine applications and rail vehicles. Our innovation department consists of 5 engineers and deals with the development of new, innovative solutions, research and groundbreaking customer projects.

About the Job

We're seeking a Customer Service employee (f/m/d)


  • As a Customer Service employee (m/f/d) you will be responsible for entering customer orders and monitoring the order backlog
  • You will independently create and send order confirmations to our customers and check customer accounts and customer-specific requirements
  • Building a good operational relationship with the customer by proactively informing and contacting the customer is also part of your tasks
  • Close coordination with the Supply Chain Planner, Sales and S&OP Management is just as important, e.g. in order to forecast possible delivery bottlenecks and thus find the best possible solutions with customers
  • You will also support the finance department in the creation of credit and debit notes and in receivables management by proactively communicating blocked deliveries to the customer

  • Completed commercial training, e.g. as an industrial clerk
  • In addition, you have several years of professional experience in a relevant field such as sales or customer service
  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, with proficiency in English and German
