Project Manager (m/f/d) Full Time Tauentzienstraße 14, 10789 Berlin, Germany With Professional Experience 4/30/24 Your Role As a Project Manager (m/f/d), you will be a crucial part of our product team and responsible for: Driving job board integration strategy : Identify expansion opportunities by integrating our ATS with additional job boards, facilitate communication with partners, and oversee implementation with developers. Collaborating with internal stakeholders : Gather feedback from internal teams, prioritize enhancements, and bridge communication between stakeholders and developers. Evaluating and coordinating technical implementation : Analyze current processes, optimize workflows, and collaborate with developers and the infrastructure team to ensure correct implementation. There is never no time for great ideas. With your input, you will be part of the creative process in product development. Your Profile In the past you have gained experience in product or project management, preferably in a technology-driven environment. You are familiar with backend integrations and API-based workflows. Through your strong communication skills, you have the ability to effectively collaborate with external partners and internal stakeholders. You bring strong analytical skills focused on problem-solving and process improvement, with the ability to thrive in fast-paced, cross-functional team setting. Thanks to your proficient knowledge of English, you can communicate fluently with international colleagues. German would be a plus. Why softgarden?
