Job Description
As an Expert in Corporate Controlling focusing on Private Equity at Exyte, you will play a pivotal role in steering the company's financials and shareholder communications. This position involves a dynamic combination of financial oversight, shareholder interaction, and strategic planning. You will report directly to the Senior Vice President of Corporate Controlling, supporting high-level decision-making processes.
- Drive KPI reporting enhancements and conduct in-depth financial analyses for management, focusing on shareholder expectations and strategic communications. Develop a value creation strategy for our group.
- Manage end-to-end financial processes including month-end and year-end closings, along with detailed budgeting and forecasting.
- Serve as the primary contact for senior management and key shareholders, providing guidance on financial queries and controlling processes.
- Develop and analyze business models, perform scenario planning, and coordinate communication channels to the shareholders regarding financial requests.
- Optimize and harmonize financial strategies across the group.
- Enhance financial reporting systems and processes, participate in ESG initiatives, and support the integration of new acquisitions.
- Ensure high standards in project reporting through rigorous evaluation and control checks, contributing to overall strategic decision-making.
- Several years of experience in Finance or Controlling, ideally in international industrial settings with a background in private equity or M&A transactions, investment banks, consulting firms.
- Hold a Master's degree in Finance or a closely related field, coupled with advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office, BI tools, and financial modelling techniques.
- Demonstrate fluent English proficiency, with the ability to communicate complex financial information clearly and effectively across various levels of the organization.
- Exhibit strong analytical capabilities, with a keen aptitude for building complex financial models and conducting detailed financial analysis.
- Skilled in strategic planning and organization, with a solid understanding of financial processes, valuation techniques, and deal structuring.
