50% drive overarching, strategic tasks in the field of Green Real Estate, such as

  • Further detail and implement the GRE strategy together with operational units
  • Define our go-to-market approach including the support of strategically important tenders, where Green Real Estate solutions play a major role
  • Strategically detail new products and growth areas
  • Manage strategic projects (e.g., in the light of new regulatory requirements, future contract models for green products, uniform KPI reporting, energy data transparency)
  • Support the reporting process towards our Management Board and owner

50% act as a Product Owner, with tasks such as

  • Develop vision, target picture and roadmap for a specific Green Real Estate solutions
  • Scan solutions space (e.g., PropTech market), select solutions
  • Develop business cases and commercial models
  • Develop partnerships and build ecosystem of partners
  • Integrate solutions into Apleona's operations processes
  • Market solution within Apleona and towards customers
  • Scale products and develop concepts for the operationalization of products

  • Approx. 2-4 years of professional experience in (strategic) management consulting, ideally with a focus on sustainability
  • Experience as project lead, perceived role as change agent and strategic driver of growth
  • Excellent analytical and conceptual skills, proactive strategic and “out-of-the-box” thinking
  • Being able to develop convincing strategic concepts for the top management level
  • Strong social and exceptional communication skills
  • Experience in coordinating complex processes and projects
  • Strong analytical skills and data affinity
  • Fluent in English and German
