  • You will foster the TK Elevator compliance culture and awareness throughout the TK Elevator Group
  • You will ensure consistent implementation of the global TK Elevator compliance strategy and support the management and employees in compliance related issues
  • You will provide business advice as a reliable business partner. In particular you will maintain, develop and customize tools and process to support TK Elevator's Compliance Management System.
  • You will also support local Group Companies and their respective employees in customizing and implementing the TK Elevator Compliance Program, including processes, reporting and documentation
  • You will identify and mitigate compliance risks across all parts of TK Elevator
  • You will support design and development of communication campaigns and formats to further the compliance culture throughout TKE Elevator group

  • We are looking for someone with a Master/Diploma in Law, Business Studies, Economics, Process Management or similar
  • Previous experience with, or understanding of anti-corruption/criminal law or antitrust law would be preferable
  • You should have professional experience as in an in-house legal, compliance, controlling department or in project management
  • Furthermore, you will bring in at least 5 years of working experience
  • We are looking for someone with experience in the work with internationally geographically distributed teams
  • You possess high analytical skills and technical understanding and are interested in developing tools, processes and synergies.
  • You are a team player - strong communication and social skills paired with a solution-oriented approach define you
  • You are a highly motivated self-starter who wants to take on responsibility
  • Finally yet importantly, you are fluent in English and German
